ContactKeeper is an address and phone book in one, even better! The program is completely automatic, you only need to click the buttons to add, edit or delete a person and put the information about people you like to save. The program will order all the information by itself and even create a birthday calendar based on your information.
The idea and interface are so easy and clear that you will surprise. The program has several fields. The first field is that where you add the information about a person: the name, date of birth, address, phone numbers, e-mail address. Herewith their number is not limited and you can put the extra information when necessary. For example if you want to remember some important information about the person or categorize its number or address, just put it in the current field.
The really important and remarkable function of ContactKeeper is the birthday calendar, which is compiled according to the birth dates of the contacts in the database. If you are tired to search for excuses when forgotten somebody’s birthday, set the birthday reminder. The reminder has settings; you can even insert your own sound in WAV format.
ContactKeeper enables to carry out an action with the database. You can create as many databases as you wish, copy the contacts to another ContactKeeper database, e-mail them. The program supports txt, csv, rtf formats. |
